The pool was nice and we enjoyed a relaxing swim. The bed was super comfy and ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, providing a clean and hygienic experience. The reception and waiting staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though they were under pressure. The hotel's location was peaceful and green, perfect for a tranquil getaway. The parking facilities were ample and convenient. The newly refurbished bar and restaurant area had a smart and welcoming ambiance. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options including a full English breakfast, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and continental ham and cheese. The staff at reception and in the restaurant went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The pool, gym, and jacuzzi were included in the price and were well-maintained. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location near the marina is breathtaking - great for a refreshing morning stroll. The staff were exceptional in assisting me with my luggage and fulfilling my requests. The room was clean and had super comfortable beds, with all the necessary amenities such as an electric kettle and free toiletries.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to all.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to the Walton train station, making it convenient to travel to London Waterloo. There are also plenty of cafes in the area for a quick bite to eat. The staff were helpful in recommending a nearby pub to enjoy a meal.
The lack of clear directions to the rooms, which caused some confusion upon check-in.

Clean rooms, daily cleaning to a high standard. Receptionist handled noise disturbance promptly for a peaceful night's sleep. Excellent staff, informative and helpful. Good food. Beautiful location near the river and Swan Sanctuary. Easy access to LHR and London. Lovely duplex room with comfortable bed, spacious shower, and nice garden view. Despite a power cut, hotel staff ensured guest safety.
